Supervision and Clinical Consultation

Clinical supervision and consultation provide a collaborative, supportive space for clinicians to develop confidence, clinical skill, and professional identity. Grounded in trauma-informed, holistic care, my approach emphasizes reflective practice, case conceptualization, and the thoughtful integration of clinical modalities. Attention is given to understanding self as instrument, including the role of the nervous system, relational dynamics, and the ways transference and countertransference shape the therapeutic relationship. Together, we work to build clinical clarity, an understanding of ethics and a sustainable, embodied approach to practice that supports both therapist growth and client care.

In addition to private practice supervision, I bring over five years of experience as a university supervisor and professor, supporting graduate level clinicians in their academic, clinical, and professional development. This background informs a structured yet relational supervisory style that balances clinical rigor with warmth, curiosity, and respect for each clinician’s learning process. I am especially attuned to the unique challenges of training and early practice, including navigating power, confidence, and the transition into professional identity.
